Actually, vegetables are the main source of protein…actually, amino acids…that is what your body really wants & vegetables are abundant in aminos. For example, did you know that spinach contains ALL of the essential amino acids? Popeye was definitely on to something! Oh, and you do not need as much amino acids/protein as you think. The RDA that the US govt set is actually TWICE the amount we really need (they set it like that to be ’safe,’ but it is not safe, as it is too much!)

Another powerful demonstration of what is possible with raw foods. Dave, it’s evident you possess a genuine humility and integrity. I’m not “new” to the raw foods lifestyle, yet I learn something valuable each time I view one of your (and Dan’s) videos.
Thank you for what you share.

Hi, it varies quite a bit… anywhere from $5-20 depending on how much you are having for the day, and what you are juicing. You can get by with just $5/day if that is all you can afford. Or if that is too much, then just juice every other day. Your health is worth the cost!

Hey, man, once again, you are both great inspirations. I see you juice a lot, and since I watched your videos, I’ve been eating blended raw vegetables a lot. What do you think is the difference between these and juices, besides having all the fiber?
