Can anyone recommend a good colon cleanser?
For health and weight loss purposes, I am considering using a colon cleanser. Because there are over 200 on the market, I’m curious which one(s) you have used and what your experience was with them.
1) Have you used a colon cleanser?
2) If yes, what brand?
3) Were you please with the results? If no, why not?
4) Would you do it again?

I am currently trying the GNC brand 2 day colon clenser ( I am on day 2).
I have yet to have a BM but I am sure it is coming soon.
GNC has a great return policy too, if you try one of there products and are not 100% satisfied you can return it for a full refund.
After today if you question is still open I will let you know how mine went.
